Payment Options

You can pay for your Katie Pye Clothing Gallery purchase via the following methods:

  • Secure Online Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard - American Express or Diners coming soon). Your best option.
  • Offline Credit Card - fax, post or call us with your credit card details. Another good option.
  • Cheque/Money Order - is possible but can take some time. Cheque must be in Australian Dollars. Good option but a bit slow to resolve.
  • Direct Deposit - into our bank account in Australian Dollars. Quote your order number so we can match the payment up. Another good option.

All these methods are offered as options at the end of the checkout process and the order is submitted to Katie Pye Clothing Gallery immediately. A printable order form with the details of your order and the order number will be emailed to you for your records.

Secure Online Credit Card

Paying by credit card (Visa or  Mastercard - American Express and Diners coming soon) in our secure environment is the most convenient option for you. The Credit card details you provide us are encrypted and stored in our secure database until processed. Payment by credit card will be the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at Katie Pye.

How does it work?

  • Your credit card will be charged when goods are ready to be despatched, not at the time of ordering.
  • If a card is declined then we will email you and inform you.
  • If you do not respond within five days we will retry the card.
  • In the event of a second failure, the order will have to be cancelled.

Offline Credit Card

Cheque/Money Order

You may pay via cheque or money order - in Australian Dollars. For payment by cheque, we accept personal/business cheques, bank cheques and postal orders - only in Australian Dollars. Please note that orders by cheque are not processed until the funds have cleared and this can take three to five working days. Orders for which payment has not been received within fourteen days will be cancelled. Please note, all payments must be made in Australian Dollars. Payments in foreign currencies are too difficult to manage quickly and cannot be accepted.

Direct Deposit

You can place money directly into Katie Pye Clothing Gallery bank account via direct deposit. Bank details will be emailed to you when you place your order.

Please include your order number in the transfer as a reference. If you do not provide the order number to link your deposit to your order, the order may be delayed while we match the payment. Please note that orders payed by direct deposit will not be finalised or despatched until payment has been received. Orders for which payment has not been received within three working days will be cancelled.

All orders attract a MINIMUM COST flat rate postage of $9.00 for the first item regardless of destination WITHIN AUSTRALIA. Additional items are charged at $7.00 each.

We highly recommend using a business address or a work address as your delivery address, as signatures will be required for delivery.

Katie Pye Clothing Gallery is unable to give exact delivery times for overseas orders due to the differing services throughout the world and possible delays due to customs over which we have no control. We estimate that delivery takes between 5 and 9 working days depending on remoteness of location.

Customs Duty charges For Overseas Orders

Some countries have import duty on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs. Unfortunately Katie Pye Clothing Gallery is not able to estimate what these charges might be.

Please note: Katie Pye Clothing Gallery cannot accept any responsibility for overseas deliveries that have not been signed for.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted or at least happy with your Katie Pye Clothing Gallery purchase but if that is not the case and if you would like to return an item, Please note the required procedure.

Please return the item with a completed Returns Form (PDF, 19 kb).

Goods may be returned via Australia Post and we recommend that you register or insure the return article as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us. Please ensure you keep a record of the registration or insurance until you are satisfied that we have received the goods. We are happy to accept items for exchange or refund up to 30 days after the original despatch date providing the basic criteria for returns are followed.

For your convenience we offer a returns form that is downloadable from our website. Please print it out and fill it in and send it with your return. Please note: It is essential to have the returns form included with the returned goods for any further action to take place. Please ensure this form is completed fully so that we can process your return quickly and efficiently.

Reasons for return

Faulty Item

Katie Pye Clothing Gallery is willing to replace or refund any garment deemed to be at fault by fabric flaw or manufacturing. Garments should be returned to Katie Pye with a completed Returns Form. Garments deemed faulty will be replaced free of additional freight charges. If the size label is missing please indicate the size purchased and the replacement size if any. Garments will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department and garments which have been purposely tampered with cannot qualify for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that worn garments have been washed prior to return. If you require a refund for a genuinely faulty item, Katie Pye Clothing Gallery will refund the full price that you paid including postage charged for sending the goods to you.

Change of Mind

This is understandable but very difficult commercially. If you would like to return a product because you have changed your mind for exchange or refund, please return the product with a completed Returns Form. Items which are returned for change of mind must be returned in "100% as new" condition with all swing tags and labels still attached. We are unable to accept garments which have had the swing tags removed. Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before removing any labels. Katie Pye Clothing is happy to despatch exchanges to Dress Up Club Members free of postage costs. Non-members will be charged the applicable rate for the garments being despatched. Please note, you are responsible for all postage charges incurred to return the "change of mind" goods to us.
